Responsibilities-Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and industry events.- Record, transcribe, and distribute accurate and well-structured meeting minutes.- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.- Manage the Manager’s calendar, prioritize appointments, and schedule internal and external meetings.- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and logistics.- Prepare, proofread, and format professional reports, presentations, and correspondence, particularly those related to financial operations and strategic initiatives.- Maintain records, contracts, agreements, and confidential documents in secure filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.- Expecting the Manager’s needs by preparing background information, briefing notes, and necessary documentation ahead of engagements.- Act as the primary point of contact between the Manager and internal/external stakeholders.- Draft and distribute professional communications, including memos, minutes of meeting, and board updates.- Liaise with department heads, clients, regulators, and industry partners. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.Experience: 4 Proven experiences as an Executive Assistant or Secretary.Knowledge/skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - High confidentiality, professional demeanor.Languages: Very good in English.Attention to Detail & Accuracy.Data Proficiency.Organizational & Time Management .
