What You’ll Do:Market Expansion & Lead Generation:Identify and penetrate new international markets to acquire a sustainable customer base outside Egypt.Conduct comprehensive market research to identify global export opportunities and generate potential leads.Export Operations & Contract Negotiation:Manage the full cycle of export sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.Lead negotiations regarding Incoterms, pricing, and Payment Terms (LC, CAD, TT, etc.) to minimize risks.Master Data Management (MDM) & Compliance:Solely responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing the customer master database to ensure data integrity.Audit and verify corporate legal documentation (Commercial Registers, Tax IDs, etc.) to mitigate business risks and ensure due diligence.Credit Control & Collection Management:Proactively monitor accounts receivable for both local and international customers.Execute effective collection strategies and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure healthy cash flow.Customer Excellence & Quality Assurance:Manage the end-to-end complaint resolution process, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely solutions.Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys to measure service quality and identify areas for improvement.Reporting, KPIs & Comparative Analytics:Generate comprehensive daily, monthly, and annual sales and productivity reports for the Sales Manager and GM.Develop comparative analytics for sales and collection trends to support executive strategic decision-making.Product Knowledge:Maintain deep technical knowledge of the company’s products (Plastic Caps, Preforms, etc.).Continuously update the company’s portfolio to reflect new launches or product modifications.Raw Material Management:Manage and record incoming raw materials provided by clients, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and verification of quantities.
