Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership: Independently coordinate the export of pharmaceutical products to assigned countries, acting as a key interface between sales, internal departments, and international partners.Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to schedule and track international shipments.Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, sanctions, and the specific regulatory requirements of destination countries.Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure all necessary import permits and licenses are in place before shipment.Maintain accurate and organized records of all export transactions, both digitally and physically. Support the Export Manager/Director in market research and communication with international partners.Resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance, transportation, or documentation.Academic, technical, and professional qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.Experience:Specialist: 2-3+ years of relevant experience in export operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Senior Specialist: 5+ years of experience with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical export processes.
