Export Sales Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.Generate and follow up on export leads to convert them into long-term clients.Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in assigned export regions.Develop and execute effective export sales strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person travel).Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to international clients.Provide technical consultation and recommend tailored solutions.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer specifications.Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and industry trends.Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.Secure and manage export orders from negotiation to delivery.Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance for smooth order execution.Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international standards.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or relevant field).Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export sales or international business development.Strong understanding of international markets and export processes.Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
