Export Sales Manager

We are a growing Egyptian carpet manufacturing and export company looking for an experienced and highly connected International Export Sales & Business Development Manager to help expand our global client network and establish long-term partnerships worldwide.Our goal is to build consistent export relationships and achieve regular weekly export operations across international markets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure international buyers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality clients for our carpet products.Develop long-term partnerships in markets including Europe, USA, Gulf countries, Africa, and other international regions.Generate qualified export leads and convert them into ongoing business relationships.Manage B2B sales negotiations and close export deals.Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure smooth export operations.Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B platforms.Build and execute export growth strategies to increase weekly shipment volume.Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients to ensure repeat business. Proven experience in international export sales, preferably in carpets, textiles, furniture, home décor, or related industries.Strong network of international buyers and distributors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of export procedures, international trade, and global market development.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a plus.Experience using LinkedIn, Alibaba, trade platforms, or international sourcing channels is preferred.
