Job Summary Rosalte, a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution, is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist with strong FMCG experience to drive sales growth across regional markets. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with distributors and partners. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop sales activities across assigned regional marketsAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accountsIdentify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base regionallyNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements in line with company strategyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needsCoordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillmentPrepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insightsSupport product launches, promotions, and regional sales initiativesRepresent the company in regional meetings, negotiations, and trade eventsRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industryProven experience handling regional or international markets is a strong advantageStrong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skillsBilingual is preferredExcellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishResults-driven mindset with strong commercial awarenessAbility to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
