Job Title: Export Specialist – Frozen Fruits & VegetablesCompany: Leading Frozen Food Exporter Location: Masr El Gadida (New Cairo), Cairo, Egypt EmploymentJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Specialist with strong expertise in the frozen food sector to join our growing export team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in exporting frozen fruits, vegetables, and half-fried potatoes to international markets. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, handling the full export cycle, and ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned markets (GCC, Europe, USA, China, and others).Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and importers in target markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Manage the complete export cycle, including order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and shipment follow-up.Prepare and review all export documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, health certificates, packing lists, etc.).Ensure full compliance with international food safety standards, client-specific requirements, and destination country regulations.Handle packaging specifications, labeling, and quality approvals according to buyer needs.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms while protecting company margins.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in key regions.Coordinate closely with production, quality control, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of proven experience as an Export Specialist or Sales Executive in frozen fruits, vegetables, and half-fried potatoes.Strong proven sales record with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.Direct experience working with the following markets: GCC, Europe, USA, and China is mandatory.Deep knowledge of the full export cycle, international trade documentation, letters of credit (L/C), and Incoterms.Excellent understanding of food export certifications (HACCP, ISO, Halal, Kosher, FDA registration, etc.) and client-specific requirements.Familiarity with packaging standards, shelf-life requirements, and frozen food logistics (reefer containers, temperature-controlled shipping).Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
