Manage and oversee all export operations and international shipments (road, sea, and air).Prepare, review, and control all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, etc.).Coordinate with warehouses, packing stations, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment dispatch.Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve any delays or operational issues.Ensure full compliance with local and international export regulations, especially for agricultural products.Supervise loading, container handling, and storage to maintain product quality and integrity.Prepare periodic performance reports and suggest improvements to optimize export processes.Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or customs clearance (agricultural sector experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of Incoterms and Egyptian export/port procedures.Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).Strong communication skills and professional email writing.Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/WMS systems.
