Facility Engineer (Mechanical)

Supervise and coordinate maintenance and engineering operations for mechanical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other building systems. Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Conduct regular inspections of systems and facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, or civil works. Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with SLA, KPI, and company quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance works and service agreements. Prepare and review maintenance reports, checklists, and performance records for equipment and systems. Support the mobilization of new sites, including technical assessments and setup of maintenance procedures. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and ensure safe working practices for all staff. Train and guide technicians, ensuring technical standards and procedures are followed. Participate in client meetings and audits, providing technical input and updates on facility status.  Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. 3-5 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations. Solid technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety systems, and BMS (Building Management Systems). Experience with maintenance planning, asset management, and CAFM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Good user of Microsoft Office and maintenance software tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites or projects.
