Facility Section Head

Job Title: Facility Management Section HeadLocation: WTC-CairoWTC-Cairo is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Management Section Head to oversee and manage all facilities-related operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment that supports the organization's objectives and tenant satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee building maintenance activities, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and routine inspections.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects.Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.Monitor facility budgets, control expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.Conduct regular facility audits and assessments to identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters and stakeholder concerns.Lead and develop the facility management team to achieve operational excellence.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a similar role.Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing facility operations.Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Demonstrated experience in budget planning and cost control.What We OfferProfessional and dynamic work environment.Opportunity to lead facility operations within a prestigious organization.Competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to: Ahmed.tawfik@wtccairo.comSubject Line: Facility Management Section Head Application
