Welcoming farms new hires and help them adjust during their first days answering their questions and guide them.Communicate with other HR team in FA & HO concerning farms staff day to day requests.Collect monthly attendance details from different farms departments for permanent & outsourced staff and review the data against those collected by farms administration team.Receive hard copies of recorded vacations requests & check signatures fulfilment.Follow-up on presented sick leaves & inform employees of their approval status.Following up on work missions’ emails & calculate entitled allowances monthly (meals, transportation, and hardship allowances) before submitting to payroll.Handle contractors’ labor (different types) requests received from farms departments and follow up the execution & documentation to prepare financial claims end of month and collect needed signatures before sending to Factory.Maintain Farms staff data updates & report changes regularly.Delivering monthly payslips to non-computer user employees Bachelor’s degree.(1-2) Years of Experience in Similar field.English (Good).Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
