The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed sales targets, market share, and revenue objectives for the poultry feed additives portfolioBuild and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributorsConduct the field visits to maintain strong engagement with customers and stakeholdersEnsure a successful launch of the new feed additives products within the specified timelineConduct market research and surveys with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key account managers to ensure high product satisfaction ratesOptimize daily sales route planning by integrating Matrix and CRM tools, reducing travel time and increasing customer visitsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine. Resident in Dakahlia0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Animal Health or Poultry IndustryStrong knowledge of poultry health, veterinary products, and disease managementProficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and customer management
