We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a talented FF&E Technical Office Junior Engineer to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt!🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesShop Drawings & Documentation: Assist in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of shop drawings and project documentation.Vendor Coordination: Follow up with manufacturers and vendors to track production and delivery timelines.Material and Sample Reviews: Assist in reviewing materials, samples, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.Cost Comparisons: Support cost analysis to ensure value without compromising quality.Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to source FF&E items in alignment with project specifications and budgets.Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company standards and project requirements.Snag/Punch Lists: Assist in preparing and maintaining snag/punch lists for FF&E items and follow up on resolutions.Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical drawings, project files, and vendor communications.🛠 Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or Engineering (Architecture or Interior Design) is a must.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in FF&E or hospitality industries is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).Ability to create and interpret furniture shop drawings/technical drawings.Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.Other Skills:Strong attention to detail.Good technical writing skills.Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.Preferred Criteria: Residence in or near 6th of October City is preferred.
