Through advanced X-ray technologies and innovative system design, we deliver industry-leading imaging performance, reliability, and operator confidence.Role OverviewAs a Field Service Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cargo inspection systems. You will act as a key technical liaison with customers to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. This role supports operations within the Sinai region, including Port Said, Rafah, and Suez.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, repair, and overhaul cargo inspection systems (CVI)Diagnose faults and conduct system and sub-system troubleshootingProvide 3rd-line technical support to engineers, distributors, and customersSupport post-installation and defect liability activitiesAssist with complex system installations alongside senior engineersComplete service reports and maintain accurate documentationDeliver customer training on system usage and maintenanceEnsure adherence to quality and EHS standardsTravel as required (domestic and international)Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field2–5 years of field service experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid IT and networking knowledge (PLC knowledge advantageous)Experience with X-ray or screening systems is desirableSkills & CompetenciesAbility to work independentlyStrong customer focus and communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityProactive and motivated approach to workAdditional RequirementsFull rights to live and work in EgyptWillingness to live in Sinai Region, Port Said, Rafah, or Suez
