On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.Collaborate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMaster's Degree is a must.Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
