We’re looking for a ]Talent Acquisition Specialist] to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact hiring solutions for international clients, while working in one of Egypt’s best working environments.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver high-quality candidates across different roles and markets. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiter who is eager to grow, gain international exposure, and develop strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functionsAssist hiring managers and clients by sharing insights on candidate availability and hiring progressSource candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referralsScreen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualificationsPrepare and share candidate shortlists with clear notes and recommendationsCoordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer and hiring stagesEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycleMaintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to process improvementsCollaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to meet hiring targetsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency experience is a plus)Exposure to regional or international hiring is preferredFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing techniquesGood communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITSHands-on exposure to regional and international recruitment projects, end-to-endA dynamic and collaborative team environment with real impact on peoples' livesSocial InsuranceMedical InsuranceInternal Career Growth a global recruitment function and one of Egypt’s best working environments
