Following up with all sites and projects budgeting.Managing contractors' payments.Handling Main AP/ AR Accounting responsibilities.Managing budget and keep accurate financial records.Developing an efficient accounting report for actual inventories and fixed assets.Performing cost analysis statement. Preparing day to day transactions such as Petty Cash, Loans and Sites cash flow.Managing Purchasing Orders and finalizing related payments.Handling subcontractors and suppliers payments.Handling all Treasury and bank transactions. Experience in construction companies is a MUST.Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.Experience needed: 15+ years in Accounting.Previous experience as chief accountant.Experience in dealing with contractors.Knowledge of accounting programs.
