This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to leadership, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, build scalable processes, and grow into a senior finance position as Koinz continues to expand.What you'll ownFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cyclesDevelop and maintain P&L statements across business unitsAnalyze financial performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunitiesBuild and enhance financial models to support strategic planningOperational FinanceOversee cash flow management and treasury activitiesPartner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reportingMonitor financial controls, cost efficiency, and operational performanceStrategic Finance Support investment decisions, fundraising activities, and financial structuringEvaluate new business initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunitiesConduct scenario planning and support long-term strategic initiativesBusiness Partnering Act as a finance partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teamsLead regular P&L review meetings with stakeholdersTranslate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance teamsWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA is a plus)5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance ManagementStrong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecastingExperience in both operational and strategic financeExposure to multiple markets or international experience is a strong plusAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
