Job Title: Finance Manager📍Location: Cairo, Egypt✔️Department: Finance📑Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)✔️Employment Type: Full-time📌Key Responsibilities:✅Financial Management & Reporting:✔️Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles✔️Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards✔️Manage financial closing processes and report to senior leadership✔️Monitor project profitability and departmental P&L performance✅Budgeting & Cost Control:✔️Lead the annual budgeting process (revenues and expenses)✔️Ensure alignment between financial planning and business objectives✔️Monitor actual performance versus budget and identify variances✔️Implement cost optimization and efficiency initiatives✅Financial Controls & Compliance:✔️Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls✔️Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations✔️Manage internal and external audit processes✔️Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks✅Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:✔️Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements✔️Monitor receivables, collections, and working capital performance✔️Ensure financial stability and efficient cash utilization✅Business Partnering:✔️Act as a key finance partner to department heads and project managers✔️Support departments in transitioning into profit centers✔️Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions✔️Contribute to pricing strategies, bids, and commercial evaluations✅Team Leadership:✔️Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team✔️Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement✔️Ensure strong financial discipline across the organization📌Requirements:📄Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field📑Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred✅12–18 years of experience in finance, preferably within A&E, construction, or project-based environments✅Strong experience in project financial management✅GCC experience is a strong advantage📌Work Environment:✔️Office-based✅High collaboration with CFO, leadership, and department heads✅Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment aligned with financial cycles
