The OpportunityWe are looking for a Financial Controller to build and lead our finance function. This is a hands-on,build-from-the-ground-up role for someone who wants real ownership. You will establish proper financialreporting, bring our records and systems up to a professional standard, lead the finance team, and becomethe trusted source of financial visibility for the CEO.If you are a finance professional who enjoys creating order, building processes, and seeing the direct impactof your work on how a business is run, this role offers exactly that.What You'll Do• Produce complete monthly management reporting — P&L, cash position, and receivables and payables —delivered reliably and on time• Build segment-level reporting across our business lines• Establish and maintain accurate customer accounts and statements• Take ownership of our ERP (Odoo) accounting function and bring it to full, reliable operation• Manage cash flow and short-term forecasting• Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and the external audit relationship• Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear standards and expectations What We're Looking For• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or senior accountant in a company ofcomparable or larger size• Experience in distribution, trading, retail, or another inventory- and import-driven business• A professional accounting qualification (Egyptian CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with Odoo is a strong advantage• A track record of building or improving financial reporting and processes• Experience leading a finance team• The ability to explain financial matters clearly to non-finance colleagues• Fluent English
