Job Summary:The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing reporting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities :· Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and reconciliations.· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.· Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures.· Coordinate with auditors and manage external audit processes.· Develop and improve internal controls and financial procedures.· Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.· Supervise and mentor finance team members.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.· CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.· Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.· Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.· Advanced Excel and SAPB1 & ERP system skills.· Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
