Job Summary:Schneider Electric is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Operations Specialist to manage the full financial lifecycle of our ongoing projects. This role is responsible for overseeing BOQ‑based billing, SAP invoicing, cash flow forecasting, VAT documentation, and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, executive leadership, logistics teams, and our international stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue recognition, timely cash collection, and full compliance with contractual and financial standards. This position plays a critical role in driving financial visibility, managing project performance, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for customer BOQ, create invoices on SAP monthly as per PM work delivery on site.Prepare billing plan, cash inflow to monitor the plan versus the actual with top management. Follow up with client to make sure of receiving cash before the deadline according to contract terms of payments. Work with the cash receivables team to reconcile variances that may occur in the application of cash.Monthly meeting is held with the Project Manager to align invoicing progress with the Boq as per invoicing progress.Monthly SAP reports for billing, invoicing and cash. Prepare documents needed to make sure that all VAT payments are reimbursed from Client side as per contract agreement.Review invoicing cycle attached all necessary shipping documents. Prepare Schedule TAX report monthly and submit it to the customer. Coordinate with Schneider representative to make sure that social insurance percentage paid according to contract payment terms. Prepared and executed project budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with executive leadership.Conducted monthly and annual financial close procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Prepared SAP-based reports including billing statements and POC revenue updates.Partnered with CFO and project managers on billing schedules and financial strategy. Prepare P&L monthly according to the project progress and conduct a monthly meeting with the PM to review Project progress.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.Good in English.Solid Experience in in Budgeting & Forecasting, SAP Financial Systems,Cash Flow and Receivables Management, VAT Reporting & Compliance, Financial Close Processes, Contract & BOQ Updates, and Financial Reporting & Documentation.Project Financial Management.Good Analytical Problem Solving SkillsGood Verbal & Written Communication Skills.A Team player.
