The role is responsible for embedding quality control principles across all functions and fostering a strong quality mindset among all employees.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related fieldIndustry Experience:Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience.Systems & Tools Knowledge:Knowledge of General IT systems Technical & Professional Competencies:Experience in B to B and in R&DGood level in EnglishKnowledge of General IT systems Raw material, processes and products knowledgeAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentMobility to visit clients in the RegionKey Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures quality operational excellence by overseeing day‑to‑day activities in the output area, identifying and addressing gaps, and conducting final product inspections prior to shipment.Performs inspections of shipping vehicles and containers, monitors shipping procedures, reviews finished‑goods master data labels, and verifies temperature conditions of batches and vehicles before dispatch.Develops SOPs for pallet configurations by packaging and container type and ensures compliance with divisional guidelines.Collects and reviews batch and vehicle photographs, manages retention samples, and coordinates finished‑goods micro sampling with production for external analysis.Participates in third‑party certification audits, analyzes quality data for continuous improvement, and promptly escalates quality deviations to QM.Supports product stability assessments, prepares export samples for customs, and contributes to redefining product TDS in line with customer requirements.Contact:Please send your meaningful application via email to: hr@agrananilefruits.comClosing Date:25 May 2026 Confidentiality is guaranteed.As a global company, we are very proud of our diverse workforce and attach great importance to equal opportunity and diversity.
