Finishing & Quality Control Site Architect

Responsibilities-To ensure the implementation of quality standards across all project phases by monitoring construction activities.-Verifying compliance with approved specifications.-Maintaining documentation in alignment with the company’s Quality Management System.-Ensuring that materials, workmanship, and processes meet required quality benchmarks and support continuous improvement.-Ensure all executed works meet or exceed contractual requirements and quality standards.-Verify the acceptable quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.-Issue Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) for delivered materials.-Conduct monthly site visits and prepare comprehensive quality reports, tracking corrective and preventive actions.-Ensure compliance with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.-Maintain compliance with company quality standards, policies, and Quality Management System (QMS).-Conduct monthly technical seminars addressing project-specific activities, construction challenges, and best practices.-Prepare real project case studies highlighting lessons learned to support continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural quality control in large-scale construction projects. • Familiar with international quality standards (ISO 9001), local codes, and regulations. • Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications. • Good command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and quality management systems. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
