Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About the Job:The Area Manager for First Mile will oversee and manage the initial phase of the shipping processprocess, ensuring efficient collection and processing of reverse parcels.The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operations, driving the teamperformance, and enhancing customer satisfaction for FM operationsJob Code:New 2026OPER-276Job ResponisbilitiesOperational Management: Oversee daily operations in the First Mile segment, ensuring timely collection and processing of packagesTeam Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve performance targets; Conduct regular training to enhance skillsPerformance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (PSR, Return Promise, Lost, Exceeded Return) to assess effectiveness and implement improvements as necessaryProcess Optimization: Identify areas for process enhancement to maximize efficiency and reduce costsMerchant Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with merchants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptlyBudget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the area to achieve the FM cost, ensuring effective allocation of resourcesCollaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Account Management, customer service and FleetJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 Years of experience in a managerial role within logistics or shippingStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in data analysis and performance managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
