Apply now!Learn more jti.comFleet & Facilities SupervisorPosition In this role, you will oversee fleet operations across Egypt in both the market and GSC, focusing on process improvements by introducing initiatives to enhance service, quality, and cost efficiency. You will manage market facilities, handle preventive and corrective maintenance, execute daily checklists, address gaps/issues promptly, and oversee maintenance contracts. You will ensure project quality, coordinate execution with other departments, prepare reports and analytics, and enforce EHS policies in compliance with Egyptian Civil Defense requirements and JTI Safety Standards. Additionally, you will monitor KPIs (Fleet, Facilities, Energy, Safety) and contribute to sustainability and Green Mobility goals.ResponsibilitiesFacility Management (35%) You will handle technical faults, maintain buildings in good condition, and plan upgrades to meet JTI standards. Your role includes coordinating maintenance, overseeing contractors, managing utilities and consultants, and working with site layouts and drawings (civil, mechanical, electrical). You will also support engineering tasks within your scopeProjects (20%) Oversee Fleet & Facilities projects, ensure utilities for smooth sales operations, monitor contractor progress, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will also support renovations, sustainability, and green mobility initiativesFleet (15%) Supervise daily fleet operations, manage contracts with service providers, and monitor fuel consumption. Your role includes improving fleet services for JTI employees by proposing updates to SOPs and operations, collaborating with procurement and legal to review contracts, and ensuring compliance with Global Driver Safety policiesEnvironment, Health & Safety (15%) You will ensure health and safety standards in Market DCs and Fleet operations by developing measures, training drivers on EHS practices, and analyzing accidents to implement preventive solutions. Support safety awareness through campaigns, provide sustainability solutions to meet savings targets, and track EHS-related KPIs, delivering timely reportsBudgeting (15%) You will plan the Fleet & Facilities budget and track monthly expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Identify areas of excess energy and water consumption and suggest solutions to improve usage.
