Learn more: jti.com Sales Forecast & Planning Manager We are looking for a Sales Planning & Forecast Manager who will play a critical role in shaping a single, aligned view of demand across the business. In this role, you will connect Sales, Marketing and commercial planning to ensure forecasts are accurate, execution-ready and aligned with business ambitions. Reporting to the Commercial Planning & Systems Lead, you will drive the One M&S Forecast process, balancing brand ambitions with field realities to support sustainable growth and stronger business decision-making. Position: Lead One M&S Forecast Ownership & Consolidation: Own and govern the One M&S Forecast by consolidating regional sales plans into a single aligned demand view across channels, regions, brands and SKUs.Ensure Forecast Alignment & Planning Accuracy: Validate that regional inputs are realistic, consistent and aligned with RTC execution capability, RTM assumptions and overall commercial priorities.Partner with Marketing on Brand Performance Integration: Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to integrate brand performance trends, activation plans, launches and portfolio priorities into the sales forecast.Drive Forecasting, Phasing & Demand Visibility: Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts and volume phasing by channel, geography, brand and SKU, supported by clearly documented assumptions and planning logic.Manage Risks, Opportunities & Latest Estimate Updates: Identify risks and opportunities versus plan, provide periodic Latest Estimate (LE) updates to senior stakeholders, and recommend corrective actions to improve forecast reliability and execution performance.Enable Sales Target Setting & Incentive Planning: Translate the One M&S Forecast into actionable sales targets by channel, region and role, working closely with the Sales KPIs & Incentives Manager to support target setting and incentive calculations.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Management, Economics or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales Planning, Forecasting, Commercial Excellence, Demand Planning or FMCG Sales Operations.Advanced English skills and SAP experience are required.Experience in the tobacco industry is a major asset.Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with experience managing large datasets, sales phasing, business performance analysis and cross-functional planning processes.What to expect: Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
