Formulation Scientist

Position: Formulation Scientist – R&D Work Location: Egypt Experience: 3–5 years in R&D Qualification: BSc/MSc Chemistry, BE/BTech Chemical Engineering, BPharm/MPharmRole Overview: We are seeking two dynamic R&D Executives to join our growing team in Egypt. The role involves end-to-end formulation development, optimization, and scale-up for personal care products. Candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure first-time-right commercial batches and deliver innovative products under the personal care portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize formulations using alternative raw materials.Conduct lab batches, pilot trials, and stability studies.Support scale-up and first commercial batch execution.Drive full NPD cycles based on client requirements.Train quality, warehouse, and manufacturing teams on raw material handling and product processing.Collaborate with procurement for cost-effective raw material sourcing.Coordinate with customers on formulation details and trial outcomes.Candidate Profile:3–5 years of R&D experience in personal care formulations.Strong expertise in formulation and process development.Goal-oriented, meticulous, and innovative thinker.Hands-on experience with analytical studies and stability evaluation.
