Role The Foundation Programs Manager Officer will support the implementation of programs under MNT-Halan’s Impact and Sustainability Portfolio. The role will contribute to the design and delivery of initiatives under the MNT Foundation, as well as support efforts to assess and enhance the company’s socio-economic impact. Responsibilities Support the identification and coordination of implementing partners and strategic collaborators. Assist in managing program budgets, tracking expenditures, and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, reporting, and internal approvals. Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts by collecting, analyzing, and documenting program data and results. Support the development of concept notes, research briefs, and program proposals based on identified needs and priorities. Assist in conducting research and analysis to inform program design and impact measurement. Support the development of Terms of Reference (ToRs) and assist in coordinating with program staff and consultants. Maintain regular follow-ups with implementing partners to track progress against plans, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct periodic field visits to project sites to monitor implementation quality, validate reported outcomes, and ensure alignment with agreed objectives. Flag risks, delays, or performance issues and support in proposing corrective actions. Support communication efforts related to MNT Foundation initiatives, including content development and reporting. Assist in the planning and execution of Foundation events and stakeholder engagements. Requirements 7–9 years of experience in the development sector. Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, engineering, or a related field. Experience working with civil society organizations; familiarity with the Ministry of Social Solidarity is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Good understanding of poverty and socio-economic challenges in Egypt. Experience working with data to support program design and evaluation. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Working Conditions / Additional Expectations Willingness to travel within Egypt for regular field visits. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
