As a Sales Agent, you will proactively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. You will guide clients through the buying and selling journey, offering professional advice and facilitating decision-making. Additional responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service standards, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and industry knowledge. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and build relationshipsSales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goalsBasic knowledge or experience in Insurance and real estate industry can be a plusAbility to learn quickly and actively participate in Training programsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic on-site team environmentBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferredProficiency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
