The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through the full property journey, from initial inquiry and needs assessment to property viewings, negotiations, and closing. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong knowledge of available residential and commercial listings, staying updated on market trends, and presenting data-backed recommendations. The role involves building and managing client relationships, preparing property presentations, coordinating with developers, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the sales process. The Real Estate Consultant will also participate in ongoing training, attend project launches and events, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets while delivering a professional, client-centered experience.Qualifications Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of residential and commercial markets.Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding targets.Effective Negotiation capabilities to support clients and reach mutually beneficial agreements with developers and buyers.Ability and willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning to stay current on projects, regulations, and market dynamics.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse clients.Comfort working on-site, conducting property tours, and managing a field-based schedule in Cairo and surrounding areas.Strong customer service mindset, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all client and partner interactions.Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, activities, and sales outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales is an advantage.
