The agent will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing transactions for residential and commercial units. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, providing data-backed advice, preparing and presenting property proposals, and ensuring all documentation and contracts comply with legal and company standards. The agent will collaborate with internal teams and partner developers, stay updated on market trends and project launches, and deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey. The role also involves meeting sales targets, contributing to sales strategy, and accurately updating CRM systems and reporting tools.Qualifications Strong real estate domain knowledge, including Real Estate and Real Estate Sales experience.Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with local regulations and transaction processes.Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.Experience working with real estate developers or brokerage firms in similar markets is preferred.Strong communication and presentation abilities in both written and spoken formats.Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and data-driven insights to support sales decisions.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients, and meet performance targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
