This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a No Experience Real Estate Sales Specialist, ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their real estate careers. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will support clients through the entire property search and purchase process, including understanding their needs, presenting a wide range of suitable projects, and explaining key features, prices, and payment plans. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, scheduling and conducting client meetings, accompanying clients on property tours, and following up consistently to maintain strong relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and developers to obtain updated offers, project information, and marketing materials, as well as maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM or tracking tools. New team members will receive structured training and guidance to develop their sales, communication, and real estate knowledge while working within a supportive team environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong interest in the real estate field and the ability to learn core Real Estate and Real Property concepts quickly.Candidates should possess customer-focused skills, including Customer Service capabilities and a consultative approach to understanding client needs.Candidates should have an aptitude for Sales, including basic persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills, even if they have limited practical experience.Candidates with a Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one are preferred, where applicable by local regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently in person and over the phone.Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.High level of motivation, professionalism, and integrity, with a willingness to work on-site and meet performance targets.Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and the ability to organize client data and follow-up activities effectively.
