You will lead a complex supply chain—from raw material procurement and batching plant operations to fleet management and on-site delivery—ensuring that the company meets stringent quality standards while maximizing profitability and market share.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth: Develop and execute long-term business plans to expand market presence.Operational Oversight: Direct and manage the operations of 12 concrete plants strategically located across Benghazi.Oversee the total production output, ensuring the capability to meet the estimated monthly demand of 120,000 cubic meters (MC) .Ensure seamless coordination between plants and ongoing construction projects to guarantee timely delivery and supply continuity.Quality & Compliance: Oversee adherence to ASTM, ACI, or BS standards. Ensure the Technical Department is innovating with mix designs (e.g., low-carbon concrete, self-healing mixes).Financial Stewardship: Take full P&L responsibility.
