We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven German Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Manage job postings, job descriptions, and ensure they align with the company’s branding and messaging.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates, track hiring progress, and maintain recruitment metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.Fluent in German and English.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.Experience in PBOs is preferredStrong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexible with shifts
