This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and government requirements while supporting employees, company entities, and clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience navigating Saudi government portals and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and follow up on government transactions related to employees, company entities, and clients.Process sponsorship transfers, work permit issuance and renewals, iqama issuance and renewal, profession changes, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures.Handle transactions through Saudi government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, MHRSD, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, ZATCA, and Balady.Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance, work permit requirements, and labor-related obligations.Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, government registrations, subscriptions, and employee documentation.Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor regulations and government policies, communicating relevant updates to internal stakeholders.Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and Operations to complete government-related processes efficiently.Support employee onboarding and offboarding by managing all required government formalities.Prepare, review, and submit official letters, applications, and supporting documentation to government authorities.Maintain accurate trackers and records for transactions, expiry dates, compliance requirements, and completed services.Generate periodic reports on transaction status, compliance, risks, and pending activities.Resolve issues related to government portals, employee records, and company registrations, escalating complex matters when necessary.REQUIREMENTSEducation / QualificationDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in Government Relations (GRO) or HR Operations within the Saudi Arabian business environment.Strong working knowledge of Saudi government portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, MHRSD, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, ZATCA, and Balady.Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law, residency regulations, Saudization (Nitaqat), and government compliance processes.Familiarity with government service centers is preferred.Previous experience handling third-party/client government transactions within a corporate services environment is an advantage.Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.Professional communication with employees, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
