Team members work in an environment that values technical excellence, innovation, and client-focused solutions.Role Description The Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for driving business development and revenue growth for Mindset’s engineering and BIM services. This role includes identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing. The Growth Manager collaborates with technical teams to design tailored proposals, supports project bids, and ensures a strong alignment between client needs and service offerings. Day-to-day activities involve analyzing market data, monitoring performance metrics, preparing forecasts, and reporting growth initiatives to leadership. The role also includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and support long-term strategic partnerships.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools and performance metrics.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.Candidates should possess demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.Candidates should possess solid Project Management abilities to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage timelines.Relevant experience in business development or growth roles within engineering, construction, or professional services is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in growth, sales, or project management are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, and basic financial or market analysis is advantageous.
