The Media Buyer/Performance specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to meet client objectives and performance targets. Daily activities include developing media plans, negotiating and purchasing media inventory, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. The role involves close collaboration with account managers, creative teams, and data analysts to ensure alignment between messaging, targeting, and budget allocation. The Media Buyer/Performance specialist will also prepare regular performance reports, recommend improvements, and stay current with industry trends, platforms, and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Strategy skills to design and implement effective cross-channel campaigns.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, optimize budgets, and improve return on investment.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with media vendors, and present campaign results.Candidates should possess hands-on Media Buying experience, including negotiating rates, managing placements, and ensuring timely execution.Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic buying tools) and familiarity with traditional media channels.Experience with performance marketing, KPI tracking, and reporting using analytics tools and dashboards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Previous agency experience in media planning and buying is highly beneficial.
