Send/receive in global currencies and settle instantly in local currencies including PKR, EGP, and SAR, powered by stablecoins.We sit at the intersection of traditional fintech and Web3, giving businesses the flexibility to move money the way the modern economy actually works — across borders, across currencies, across chains.You will work directly with the founders.What you will own:Content & Social MediaOwn the content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and email campaignsWrite posts, campaign copy, launch announcements, and nurture sequencesTurn product features into clear customer valueCampaigns & DistributionPlan and execute social campaigns across socialsRun and optimize paid ads on both platformsTrack and report campaign metrics weekly with a clear point of view on what's nextPartnerships & CommunityIdentify and activate KOLs, creators, and community voices relevant to our audience, tech and business communities, Gulf founder networks, Web3 circlesBuild and manage community collaborations that drive brand awareness and signupsRepresent Sorbet in the communities where our users already live — online and offlineLaunchesCoordinate feature launches across all channelsOwn the narrative, assets, and timing for every releaseMake sure the story is consistent from the announcement post to the onboarding emailWhat we are looking for:2–4 years in a growth, marketing, or community role at a B2B startup, fintech, SaaS, or Web3 experience strongly preferred.Has personally run LinkedIn and Twitter campaigns and can show results.Comfortable setting up and optimizing paid ads on LinkedIn and Twitter.Strong writer in English, can produce a LinkedIn post, an email sequence, and a product launch announcement without needing a copywriter.Community-native — genuinely active in online communities.AI-enabled: leverage Claude as a way to empower your workFamiliarity with tools like Apollo, HeyReach, Smartlead, Notion, and Pipedrive is a strong plus.You can write a post, a launch email, and a partnership pitch without needing a briefYou're passionated about fintech and/or Web3 — you understand stablecoins but you can also talk to a founder who has never touched cryptoWhat this is not:This is not a corporate marketing role. You will write a post and publish it the same day. You will run an experiment, measure it, and kill it or scale it the following week.
