Head Nurse

Key Responsibilities:• Assign duties to the nursing team according to patient needs and staff competencies.• Ensure strict implementation of infection control policies by all staff.• Conduct continuous performance evaluation of nursing staff.• Train and supervise newly hired nurses in coordination with the Clinical Instructors.• Promote teamwork and cooperation among staff.• Implement hospital policies and regulations.• Maintain continuous communication with the Director of Nursing regarding patient updates and incidents.Requirements:-• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Valid professional nursing license.• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Head Nurse.
