We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Content to own and evolve our brand’s narrative. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and business objectives, leading a high-performing team to deliver innovative, data-driven content optimized by the latest AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a long-term content strategy that aligns with the brand’s voice and corporate business goals.Team Management: Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary content team (writers, designers, and videographers) to ensure excellence in execution.Omnichannel Oversight: Manage the master editorial calendar and ensure seamless content distribution across all digital platforms.Performance Analytics: Analyze content KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI to continuously optimize marketing efforts and report results to senior leadership.AI Integration: Lead the digital transformation of the content department by professionally integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance productivity and creative output.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a degree from Al-Azhar University (specifically in Languages or Media-related fields).Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in professional writing and content creation, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.Language Proficiency: Native-level command of Arabic (grammar and creative phrasing) and professional fluency in English.Top Skills & Competencies:AI Proficiency: Advanced expertise in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, or similar) for research, brainstorming, and content optimization.Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex business goals into compelling, high-converting narratives.Leadership & Mentorship: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and managing creative teams.Data-Driven Mindset: High analytical capability to interpret data and use it to steer creative direction.What We Offer:A professional environment that fosters growth and innovation.The opportunity to shape the brand identity in a competitive market.Competitive salary and benefits package.
