About the RoleThe Head of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing marketing activities for Sky Innovo Development’s real estate projects, ensuring strong brand presence, high-quality lead generation, and direct support to sales performance.This is a hands-on leadership role, accountable for project launches, campaign execution, digital performance, and day-to-day marketing operations. The role works closely with Sales to drive qualified leads and conversion while aligning with the Group Marketing function on brand standards, strategic direction, and shared resources.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to support project launches, sales objectives, and brand growth. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, print, PR, and media platforms. Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize marketing performance to maximize ROI and sales conversion. Oversee digital marketing activities, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and CRM campaigns. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales priorities, inventory, and customer acquisition goals. Manage relationships with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality execution and timely campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Lead the development of project branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and promotional materials. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels while maintaining alignment with corporate marketing guidelines. Support project launches, sales events, broker activations, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong background in the real estate industry. Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales performance. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms. Demonstrated experience managing creative, media, digital, and PR agencies while overseeing marketing budgets and campaign performance. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze marketing performance, optimize ROI, and support business growth. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, CRM systems, digital reporting tools, and marketing dashboards. Proven experience in project launches within the real estate sector, particularly residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments.
