Job Summary:To oversee, prioritize, and manage the organization's strategic projects portfolio. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, optimizes resource allocation, and monitors project performance to deliver maximum value, while providing governance, guidance, and strategic direction across the entire project portfolio.Job Responsibilities:Establish and maintain the overall project portfolio policies, processes, and standardsPrioritize projects within the portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and optimal resource allocationManage portfolio-level risks and interdependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliveryProvide guidance and support to project managers and project officers on best practices in project planning and executionConduct regular portfolio reviews with executive leadership to report on progress, performance, and strategic alignmentJob Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a degree in a suitable and relevant field.
