Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the HORECA sectorIdentify new business opportunities and expand the client baseBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies)Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clientsAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer needsCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operationsPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysisLead, train, and manage the HORECA sales team (if applicable)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in HORECA/F&B sectorStrong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering industryProven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systemsFluent in English
