Hospitality partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly professional, intelligent, and proactive Travel Trade & "Hospitality Partnerships Specialist" to join one of our clients in the Hospitality Sector. Location: CFC Working Conditions: 5 day ( Sun - Thr), ( Fri - Sat) offResponsibilities:-Act as the main liaison between the company and travel agencies, tour operators, and strategic partners.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel trade partners.Identify and onboard new travel agencies and business partners to increase occupancy and revenue.Negotiate commercial agreements, rates, and partnership terms.Coordinate with internal operations, reservations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.Handle partner inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.Conduct regular meetings and presentations with travel agencies.Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.2 years of experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Holiday Homes, Travel Agencies, Real Estate, or Business Development.Previous experience dealing directly with external partners and clients is highly preferred.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.High level of emotional intelligence and business acumen.Confident, assertive, and capable of making decisions under pressure.
