Job Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts, hotels, destination management companies, and other business partners.Promote the company's tourism products, travel services, and destination experiences to existing and prospective clients.Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term commercial partnerships.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring to identify growth opportunities and market trends.Arrange and attend client meetings, sales presentations, networking events, workshops, and travel trade exhibitions.Support contracting processes and participate in commercial negotiations with business partners and suppliers.Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships, increase business volumes, and maximize customer retention.Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development KPIs.Collaborate closely with operations, reservations, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, market intelligence reports, and business forecasts.Represent the company professionally at all times and act as a brand ambassador within the market.Assist management in developing and implementing strategic business development plans to expand market share and commercial partnerships.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services across the company portfolio.Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Tourism Industry Partnerships.Previous experience as a Hotel Concierge or Front Office Executive is mandatory.Proven ability to establish and maintain B2B relationships and achieve sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.Ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, additional European languages are considered a strong advantage.Strong networking and market development capabilities.Strong understanding of the Egyptian tourism and travel industry.Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.A valid Egyptian driving license is mandatory.
