We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager with a strong background in the petrochemical or industrial sector to lead human resources and administrative operations, ensure compliance, and support organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Lead the recruitment process, including coordination with hiring managers, external partners, and interview processes.Develop and implement training plans based on organizational needs and business objectives.Oversee performance appraisal processes and monitor probation periods.Maintain and update job descriptions, HR policies, and procedures in line with organizational requirements.Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line managers on employee-related matters.Oversee office administration, including facilities, procurement, and vendor management.Manage corporate services such as travel arrangements, office operations, and administrative support.Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Support internal reporting through HR metrics such as turnover, hiring costs, and training effectiveness.Oversee health insurance programs and recommend enhancements to employee benefits.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all HR and administrative activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Must have 12 to 18 years of experience in HR & Administration roles within the petrochemical sector.Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and HR operations.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple functions (HR & Administration) in a fast-paced environment.
