Senior Marketing Executive Experience in communications or advertising industry.

Contribute to nurturing a strong industry presence and increasing awareness of MYF by executing creative advertising campaigns, effective communication strategies, and media relations programs. Assist in organizing events and activations to boost the foundation's on-ground visibility, while supporting internal communication and branding efforts. Ultimately, help increase donations to ensure the foundation's longevity and continued impact.Duties & ResponsabilitiesLead high-stakes advertising campaigns in collaboration with external advertising agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and desired outcomes.Assist in reviewing and optimizing media plans developed by media agencies to ensure effectiveness, reach, and budget efficiency.Research and stay open to innovative ideas to optimize our communication and increase donations.Work on the monthly SMS advertising campaigns, researching best practices to enhance effectiveness and engagement.Assist in maintaining communication with partners for current, future and past partnerships and executing the necessary tasks for successful collaborations.Brief and follow up with agencies on design and production of MYF branding, collaterals and design needs.Attend on-ground events and activations and support operations prior, during and after the event.Research and brainstorm with the team to come up with new and interesting ways to engage with the public and media.Maintain open communication channels with MarCom team members and other departments, necessary for interrelated tasks and updates.Work on budget reports and filing of spending vs donations.2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or advertising.Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.Strong command of the English language.Good presentation skills (oral & written).Detail and task-oriented.Creative and willing to think outside the box.Experience in events organization is a plus.Strong command of written and spoken Arabic is a plus.Experience with budget management is a plus.Agency background is a plus.
