Tiba Engineering is looking for a Part-Time HR Officer to support and develop key HR functions.Lead and manage the recruitment process (planning, sourcing, selection)Develop and implement performance management systems (KPIs, evaluations)Design salary structures, grading system, and incentive schemesReview and improve HR policies and proceduresProvide periodic HR reports and recommendations Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in contracting companiesStrong background in recruitment, performance, and compensation
