Purpose of the Role:The HR Associate – Learning & Engagement will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of learning and development activities, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication efforts. Responsibilities:Support the coordination and administration of training programs and internal learning activities.Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.Contribute to the development and dissemination of HR communications and internal campaigns.Coordinate with different departments to support people-related initiatives and activities.Maintain proper documentation and tracking of learning and engagement activities.Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within Learning & Development or Employee Engagement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong communication and organizational skills.Excellent command of English.Team player with a proactive mindset.If you’re passionate about people development and engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
